DO I HAVE TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT TO ORDER A TRAILER?

All trailer purchases require a minimum deposit of 15% and up to 25% for heavily optioned trailers. These deposits cover us in the case of cancellation and are non-refundable after three business days.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER A TRAILER AND DECIDE BEFORE IT IS COMPLETED THAT FOR WHATEVER REASON, I DO NOT WANT OR NEED IT?

This is the reason for the deposit. If you choose to order a trailer and then cancel, you will loose your deposit. It is non-refundable after three business days.

The reason is because we have invested time and money in the trailer, and after the construction process begins, we have to purchase the trailer and try to sell it. This also will cost us money, so your deposit will be used to cover some of these costs.

IF I PUT MY INFORMATION ON YOUR WEBSITE, ARE YOU GOING TO SELL IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

No, we have a very secure site and do not sell your information to anyone. We may send out a sale email from time to time, however if you do not want to be contacted by us, please let us know and we will remove you from our lists.

DO YOU TAKE TRADE-IN’S?

Because we are an internet company, and we do not have a way to inspect, or appraise your trailer, nor do we have a place to store it while we try to sell it, we do not accept trades. We are sure you have heard this before, but you will make more money on it if you sell it yourself.
